Cooking Instructions: Air Fry : Remove roast pork from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required. Place roasted pork belly in the air fryer at 200C for 20-24 minutes.

Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 3 mins to achieve crispiness.

Conventional/Toaster Oven : Remove roast pork from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required. Place roasted pork belly in a preheated toaster, cook at 200C for 15 mins followed by 220C for 10 mins.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 3 mins to achieve crispiness.

Pork Belly, Salt, 5 Spice Powder, Soy Sauce.

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at -18°C, do not refreeze after thawing.
